1. Acceptance

When you access any page on kxccex.com (the "site") or use any tool on it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the entirety of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Affiliate Disclosure. If any of those four documents is unacceptable to you, stop using the site immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
  • You are legally allowed to access crypto-asset content and perpetual derivatives information where you live.
  • You are using the site as an individual. Bulk commercial scraping requires separate written permission.

3. Permitted use

Subject to these terms, you may:

  • Read every article, the glossary, and the corrections log for free;
  • Use every calculator for free — they run in your browser and we don't charge anything;
  • Watch the live data dashboards for free;
  • Quote short excerpts (under 150 words, or a single chart image) in private or educational contexts with attribution and a link back;
  • Share any URL on the site to social media, blogs, or chat groups.

4. Prohibited use

Without written permission you may not:

  • Run large-scale automated scraping and republish our articles elsewhere (including in translated form);
  • Embed or mirror our calculators on your own pages as a service;
  • Impersonate the editorial team or fabricate links that appear to originate from this site for marketing purposes;
  • Strip disclaimers, attributions, or referral-link disclosures from our content before reposting;
  • Mount DDoS, stress tests, or vulnerability scans against our infrastructure;
  • Use the site to support any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

All original articles, calculator code, visual design, and brand assets ("KX Perp Kit", the blue-cyan gradient logo) belong to the editorial team. They are protected under the Berne Convention and related international treaties.

Original articles are released under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 by default: you may reuse non-commercially with attribution and a link to the original URL, and derivatives must carry the same licence.

Commercial reuse — paid courses, paid reports, paid newsletters that include our material — requires a separate written licence, available on request.

6. Third-party trademarks

"OKX", "欧易", Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other crypto-asset names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners. We reference them solely for educational and review purposes; nothing on this site claims ownership of any third-party mark. See Disclaimer §4.

7. Referral links

This site contains OKX referral links — routed through /go/okx.html and tagged rel="sponsored noopener noreferrer". When you sign up to OKX through one of these links and trade, OKX pays us a referral fee under its Affiliate programme. That fee is drawn from OKX's revenue share. 8. Content accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep tutorials, formulas, and data feeds accurate, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome. The full set of accuracy carve-outs is in the Disclaimer.

9. Service interruption

We may suspend, modify, or end parts of the site for technical, editorial, or compliance reasons. We'll announce material changes ahead of time when we can. We are not liable for any inconvenience that follows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its editorial team are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of the site. Aggregate liability is capped at zero, except where a mandatory statutory minimum applies.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the general principles of international contract law. If a dispute cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where the site is operationally registered, conducted in writing.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the business and legal landscape evolves. Material changes get a seven-day notice on the home page, with the revision date updated above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
