1. Overview

KX Perp Kit (the "site") is a static content site offering OKX perpetual futures tutorials, in-browser calculators, and live data dashboards. The site does not require registration, does not accept logins, and does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). The rest of this page distinguishes what the site does directly from what third-party services do on our behalf.

2. Data the site collects directly

2.1 Server access logs

Our hosting infrastructure briefly records:

  • Source IP address (used for anti-abuse, never cross-referenced with anything else)
  • User-Agent string
  • Requested URL and HTTP status code
  • Referer (sent by your browser; we do not rewrite it)

Logs rotate automatically within 30 days. They are not loaded into any long-term database and are not shared externally.

2.2 Calculators and tools

Every calculator on this site (position sizer, funding arb, grid budget, liq price, Kelly, annualised cost) runs locally in your browser. Inputs you type — margin, leverage, entry price, stop distance — never leave your tab. They are not sent to our servers, not written to cookies, and not stored in localStorage. Close the page and the inputs are gone.

You can verify this yourself: open your browser's DevTools Network panel, use any calculator, and confirm there is no outbound XHR/fetch to kxccex.com.

3. Third-party services

3.1 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for traffic analytics. GA4 sets _ga and _ga_* cookies in your browser to identify an anonymous visitor and reports aggregate page-view, session, and scroll-depth events back to Google. We run GA4 with the default IP-anonymization on; User-ID is disabled; we do not import any OKX-side attribution.

For details on how Google handles your data and how to opt out, see the Google Privacy Policy. If you'd rather not be tracked, install the GA Opt-Out browser add-on, or block third-party cookies in your browser settings.

3.2 OKX public market API

The ticker, the live cards on the home page, and every data dashboard call OKX's public REST API (www.okx.com/api/v5/*) directly from your browser. That means your browser opens a connection to OKX, and OKX may log that request (IP, UA, timestamp) on its own side. That behaviour is governed by OKX's own privacy policy, not ours.

3.3 Referral redirect /go/okx.html

When you click any "Open OKX" CTA, your browser is sent first to /go/okx.html (marked noindex) and then forwarded to OKX. The redirect page collects no information about you — it only records an internal event for the click and immediately forwards. OKX itself, on landing, associates your visit with referral code OK6512 according to its own affiliate terms.

4. What we do not do

  • No registration, no collection of email / phone / real name (incoming emails excepted, see §6)
  • No advertising, no ad networks, no remarketing cookies
  • No selling of data to third parties
  • No data sharing with OKX (GA4 is one-way; OKX cannot see your activity on this site)
  • No service for minors; if you are under 18 please do not use this site

5. Your rights

5.1 GDPR (EU / EEA / UK readers)

If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the full set of rights granted by GDPR Articles 15–22, including:

  • Access to the data we process about you (in practice, since we hold no PII, the response is usually empty)
  • Erasure of any record pointing to you
  • Objection to automated decision-making (we do none)
  • Complaint to your local data protection authority

5.2 CCPA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the rights granted by the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

5.3 PIPL (Mainland China readers)

If you are located in Mainland China, you have the rights granted by Chapter 4 of the Personal Information Protection Law, including access, copy, transfer, correction, and deletion. Our GA4 deployment is consistent with PIPL's "minimum necessary" principle.

5.4 Other jurisdictions

Rights granted by LGPD (Brazil), PDPA (Singapore / Thailand), and similar regimes can all be exercised through the contact in §6.

6. Contact

Privacy questions, requests to exercise the rights above, or corrections to this policy should be sent to privacy@kxccex.com. We respond within 30 working days. When you email us, the email address and message body are retained to allow a reply; messages are archived and purged after 12 months.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy is updated as the business and regulations evolve. Material changes get a seven-day notice on the home page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version. Last revision 2026-05-27.

Heads up: when you actually deposit funds and trade, those funds are held by OKX. KYC, identity verification, and custody are handled entirely on OKX's side. This site is not part of that process and has no visibility into it.
